Chocolate truffles

100 grams chocolate (of your choice)
75 grams butter
1 c icing sugar
1 tsp cocoa (if using a milk or dark chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla essence

Melt butter over a low heat, add broken chocolate. Add to this the vanilla essence. Mix cocoa with the icing sugar. Add Icing sugar to the melted mix, if too soft add a little more icing sugar. Roll into balls. Then roll in coconut. Set in a cool place or refrigerator till set. Enjoy :)
