500 g Chicken thighs, diced
1 dsp butter
4 Tbsp malt vinegar
2 tsp brown sugar
4 Tbsp tomato sauce (or ketchup)
3/4 c pineapple juice
1 c water
4 dsp cornflour
Directions
Press BROWN/SAUTÉ and press START/STOP and allow to preheat.
Add the oil to the cooking pot along with the chicken, adding a little more oil if needed, cook chicken until golden brown colour.
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, tomato sauce, pineapple juice, and water, in a bowl. Add the cornflour and mix in.
Add the sauce mix to the cooking pot with the chicken.
Press SIMMER, add a cook time of 12 minutes then press START/STOP.
Serve with green vegetables.
