Small cakes & muffins

Sugar buns

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
80 – 100 ml milk
vanilla essence

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Add milk, essence, then sifted dry ingreds, and sultanas.
Put spoonfuls on a greased tray. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 180C for 15 mins.
