Snickerdoodles

125g (4oz) butter
50g (2oz) sugar
1 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch salt

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Sift dry ingreds. Mix all. Chill. Shape into balls. Roll in mix of 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 c sugar. Place on tray. Bake 10 mins 180°C.
