225 grams butter
115 grams icing sugar
115 grams cornflour
225 grams flour

Cream butter and sugar well, add sifted flours. Lightly knead, roll out on a floured surface to approx 15mm thick. Cut into squares. Place onto greased tray, prick. Bake 150°C for about 30 mins.
