125g (4oz) butter
60g (2oz) brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
4 1/2 c rice bubbles
Melt all in a pot over a gentle heat. Simmer lightly for 8 mins.
Meanwhile put rice bubbles in a large bowl, and prepare slice tin (butter).
Pour liquid mix into rice bubbles, mix all together quickly and press into tin.
Cut while still warm.
