150g (5oz) peanuts, roasted and shelled
90g (3oz) butter
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Place roasted peanuts inside a plastic bag, bash the living daylights out of them with a rolling pin to break into smaller bits.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg.
Add sifted dry ingreds and peanuts.
Mix. Place teaspoon lots on try.
Bake 180C 15 mins.
Peanut Brownies 2
4 oz butter
4 oz sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cocoa
6 oz peanuts
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, then remaining ingredients. 180°C for 15 minutes.
