Chicken drumsticks
1 x 425g tin pineapple pieces (including juice)
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 tbsp flour
1 dsp Soya sauce
Dip chicken pieces in flour and fry in butter till golden. Mix remaining ingreds
in a casserole dish, adding chicken. Cook 170°C oven for 1 1/2 hours
