Lemon pudding – self saucing

2 eggs
2 lemons
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter
¾ c sugar
2 c milk

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add lemon juice, flour and baking powder.
Add milk and beaten egg yokes
Whip the egg whites and fold in.
Bake in a moderate oven, over a dish of water, for 20 – 30 minutes.
