Lemon and yoghurt cake

1 3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup yoghurt
6 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 block of good quality cooking chocolate

Grease and line a cake tin.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat the egg, yoghurt, butter and lemon juice.
Stir into dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour mixture into tin.
Bake 200C for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly, turn out and cool on a wire rack.
Dust with icing sugar.
