2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven 200°C and place gem iron in to heat. Cream together butter, sugar and honey. Add egg and stir well. Add milk alternately with sifted flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Butter pan well prior to adding mixture to the preheated pan. Bake for 15 mins.
