Biscuits

Hokey pokey biscuits

113g (4 oz) Butter
56g (2 oz) Sugar
1 dsp Golden syrup
1 dsp Milk
1 tsp Baking soda
1 breakfast cup Flour (150 g – 1 standard cup + 2 tablespoons)

Cream butter and sugar. Warm milk and syrup, add baking soda. Add to creamed mix, fold in.
Add flour. Mix.
Place on a tray, flatten with a fork.
Bake 180C 12-15 mins.
