Kiwi biscuits (highlander biscuits, chocolate chippies)

125g (4oz) butter
50g (2oz) sugar
2 tsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
175g (6oz) flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g (2oz) chocolate chopped

Cream butter and sugar, beat in the condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Work in sifted dry ingreds, tip crumbly mix onto bench and knead in together.
Using teaspoon lots, roll into balls and pplace onto tray. Flatten with a fork.
Bake 12 mins 180°C.
