Fudge cake

1 c sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp cocoa
200g butter
250g wine biscuits (crushed)
1/2 c sultanas (optional)
1/2 c coconut (optional)

100g dark chocolate (for icing the top)

Melt together the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa and butter till combined.
Mix all ingredients together.
Press into a atin. Chill until firm.
Melt chocolate and spread over.
Cut into squares. Store refrigerated.
