1 c flour
salt and pepper
1 tsp paprica
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme or basil
1 clove garlic (processed finely)
mix all together
buttermilk or milk in a bowl
Submerge chicken pieces in buttermilk (milk), then coat in flour, herbs and spices mix.
Fry in a pan with olive oil till golden.
Cook in a 180°C oven on a baking paper lined tray, for 45 mins.
