1 tbsp butter
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed (1 tsp dried)
6 preboiled sausages, sliced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
mixed together
1 1/2 cup water
1 apple, peeled and sliced thinly (or 1/2 a can of apple pie filling)
Preheat oven 180C, or crockpot on high.
In a heated frying pan add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce mix and water, along with the sliced apple and sausages. Bring to boil then remove from heat. Pour into a casserole and place in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes (crockpot high for 2 hours). Serve.

Select BROWN/SAUTE, add the butter and onion to the pot, cook until golden. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce mix and water, along with the sliced apple and sausages and bring to the boil. Close pressure vent, Pressure MANUAL HIGH 20 minutes, slow release steam (leave for ten minutes). Serve.
