2 cups self-raising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
pinch of mixed spice
1 cup brown sugar
125g softened butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
2 cans of sliced pears (can use apples or peaches)

90g butter
Pre heat oven to 180C.
Sift flour, cinnamon, mixed spice, butter in a bowl and mix well.
In a seperate bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffly.
Gradually beat in flour mixture and eggs.
Beat in milk and last of flour mixture.
Scoope mixture into a greased cake tin and spread evenly.
Add pears to cover cake layer.
Rub butter sugar and flour until it resembles bread crumbs.
Sprikle over the pears.
Bake for 50 mins.
Eat warm with icecream or cream
