Cream crackers

500g (1 lb) flour
1/2 t salt
75g (3oz) butter
milk to mix

Sift the flour and salt, rub in the butter and mix in milk to make a stiff dough. Roll out thinly. Cut in squares, place on greased oven tray and prick with a fork.
Bake in a quick oven 200°C until golden brown (approx 10 mins).
