Chocolate self saucing pudding

1 1/2 tbsp butter
3/4 c sugar
2 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
3/4 c milk
vanilla essence

Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Beat in dry ingreds along with milk and vanilla. Pour into greased basin.
Mix 2/3 c brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa
1 3/4 c hot water
Pour over dough.

Cook in a 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked.
Good with ice cream, cream or cold milk.
