100g (3 1/2oz) butter
1/3 c sugar (or honey)
1/4 c milk
1 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c bran
Cream butter and sugar, mix in milk.
Sift flour and baking powder, stir in bran. Mix.
Roll out. Cut into squares.
Bake 180C 12-15 mins.
Serve plain or buttered.
